Does the Bible say God ever laughs at anything funny?

A. He loves slapstick humor
B. He is too busy being serious
C. He does do a great prank in 1 Samuel 5
D. Is that in the Bible?

It’s not in the Bible! There are three time in the Book of Psalms (Psalm 2:4; Psalm 37:13; Psalm 59:8) that God laughs, but it’s not a funny “haha” laugh, it’s more of a mocking laugh.
